It all starts with a free consultation session at your property. We discuss your wishes, offer design ideas and point out any property issues. Measurements and photos are also taken. Next, we create the design plan (sometimes smaller projects don’t require one.) Our drawings are scaled site plans, which can incorporate perspectives for an additional fee. We then send these to you electronically, along with the work quote. However, with larger more complicated jobs, we present both the drawing and quote in person. Designs typically cost which is a deductible off the final invoice—when you choose Mount Stein to install the plan. Once you’re satisfied with the design, we implement it to the highest level of standards. Our crew works quickly and efficiently, respecting your property from start to finish!
